By accessing and using Thraqs ("the Platform"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, please do not use the Platform.

Thraqs provides an escrow service for cryptocurrency transactions built on blockchain technology. The Platform facilitates secure token transfers between parties by holding assets in smart contracts until predetermined conditions are met.

You agree to: • Provide accurate and complete information when creating an account • Maintain the security of your wallet and private keys • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations • Not use the Platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose • Not interfere with or disrupt the Platform's operation • Accept full responsibility for all transactions made from your account

• All escrow transactions are governed by smart contracts on the Ethereum blockchain • Once a transaction is confirmed on the blockchain, it cannot be reversed • Both parties must agree to the terms before funds are released • Thraqs acts as a facilitator and does not take custody of your assets • Transaction fees (gas fees and service fees) are non-refundable • You are responsible for verifying all transaction details before confirmation

• Thraqs charges a service fee for each completed escrow transaction • Network gas fees are paid directly to the blockchain network • All fees are clearly displayed before transaction confirmation • Fees are subject to change with prior notice • Refunds are not provided for completed transactions

• Users may flag transactions for dispute resolution • Thraqs' moderation team will review disputed transactions • We reserve the right to make final decisions on disputes • Evidence and communication records may be required • Resolution decisions are final and binding

Thraqs is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for: • Loss of funds due to user error or negligence • Smart contract vulnerabilities or exploits • Network failures or interruptions • Unauthorized access to your account • Third-party actions or services • Market volatility or price fluctuations

You may not use Thraqs to: • Engage in money laundering or terrorist financing • Conduct fraudulent transactions • Violate intellectual property rights • Harass, threaten, or harm other users • Manipulate or abuse the platform's features • Circumvent security measures

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you: • Violate these Terms of Service • Engage in fraudulent or illegal activity • Provide false or misleading information • Abuse the platform or other users You may close your account at any time, subject to completing all pending transactions.

Thraqs reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts.
